Jesus Christ

In the first century AD there lived a man known as Jesus of Nazareth. He was born in the town of Bethlehem, in the Roman state known as Judea. He was raised in Nazareth. His mother was named Mary and his father was Joesph, who worked as a carpenter. No man has ever impacted the world as much as Jesus Christ. He claimed to be The Son of GOD and The I AM Himself and He was. He said "I Am The Way, The Truth and The Life, no one come to The Father but through Me" (John 14:6), He also said “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I Am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”-Matthew 11:27-30. His teachings were radical, He was both dearly loved and harshly hated. After about three years of teaching in what is today modern Israel, He was crucified; being thought to have committed blasphemy and someone who claimed to be King of the Jews. After dying, having lived a righteous and perfect life, having taught, preached and healed, He was laid in a tomb owned by a man named Joesph near Jerusalem. Three days after this His body was no longer found, He had been resurrected. When woman who had traveled with Jesus went to His tomb, upon finding the rock blocking the tomb moved and Jesus' shroud they were distressed. "What did you do with His body?" They asked. Then angels appeared to them and responded ""Why do seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, 'The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.'" The woman ran back to inform the others, who were likely in hiding (suspecting they could be killed next.) After this Jesus appeared to numerous people, He eventually disappeared and took to The Right Side of The Father, He will return to judge all the earth. Christianity spread throughout the entire "known world" and The Gospel was spread into every country, as Jesus said it had to be before He returns.

The Law of Moses

The Law of Moses is important for studies of Religion, history and law. The Sacred Law Code was Divinely Revealed in about the year 1310 BC and was written before Moses' death in about 1200 BC. The Law Code which has been preserved today in The Books of Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy held very high regard by the ancient Israelites, The Holy Law Code was seen as given by GOD Himself. Today, many Christians, Catholics, Jews and Muslims hold The Law Code with high regard, although it is disputed how much of the original Law Code still remains the same. Some Christians believe The Law of GOD has been perfectly preserved, others disagree. Whatever the case, much of The Law Code is thought to be an accurate reflection of Israelite religion, morality and culture.

Historically The Law Code shaped not only ancient Israelite way of life but also modern Jewish life, Israeli law, American law, Canadian law, Catholic law as well as many different countries law codes. The reason for this is that the majority of the worlds population at least recognize The Law Code as Sacred to some degree. The Law Code upholds a moral standard that billions of people still uphold today. The Law Code condemns murder, false witness, zoosexuality, homosexuality, fornication (pre-martial sex), stealing, worship of idols and much more. A common quote ``An eye for an eye`` comes from Exodus chapter twenty one, Verse twenty four. This is still believed today-- the punishment should meet the degree of the crime. In the first century AD when Jesus Christ taught He explained that Christians were not to take revenge but trust GOD to do justice.

Opinion 
Gandi, a popular political man said ``An eye for an eye, makes the whole world blind`` it is possible he failed to understand The Passage.

Although many know The Law of GOD (which is also called The Law of Moses) by The Ten Commandments, there are in reality over two hundred Laws in The Holy Law Code.

Getting rid of acne

Acne is a plague to both teenagers and sometimes adults, here's some tips to getting rid of your acne as soon as possible:

1.) Drinking water will help flush out the "poison" of the acne, this will help greatly reduce the redness of the acne within about three days. Try to have at least three to five large glasses of water throughout the day and do not avoid having other drinks necessary for your health.

2.) Use acne pads, at least twice daily.

Opinion 
OXY cleaning pads are certainly recommend. Make sure you get both the cream and the pads for the better result.

3.) For girls, don't apply make up or if you really feel you need to, apply very little. Your skin needs to breath and often times make up will block your skin pours, which only helps your acne stay longer.

Israelite history

The Israelites as a people have lived for over three thousand years, if Abraham can be agreed to be the first. Israelites are now known as Jews which comes from "Judean". Although the Israelite people have been around for thousands of years, they only really obtained a  country of their own in about the 12th century BC. Abraham left the fertile and booming Sumeria, following God's voice to go to the more dry land of Canaan. After receiving a promise that not only would Abraham have as many descendants as the stars of the sky and the sands of the sea, as well as a promise that they would gain the Land of Canaan, he died. His descendants moved to Egypt in about the year 1875 BC due to a severe famine. Their they stayed highly regarded perhaps at first because of Joesph (The son of Jacob, also known as Israel, who was Issac's son, Issac was Abraham's son.) Joesph helped Egypt immensely in the seven year famine and saw the evil of his un-compassion brothers, as something that GOD turned into something good. After all, hundreds of peoples lives were saved.

The Israelite people stayed in Egypt for four hundred years but eventually left, crossed what is now called the Red Sea and after forty years in the wilderness because of their sin, came to the promised land. But of course the land of Canaan wasn't empty so the Israelites went about killing thousands of people for two reasons;

Firstly to be used by GOD as "judgement" for the Canaanites' sins.
Secondly to fulfill GOD's promise to Abraham.

Although the conquest of Canaan was successful, after Joshua, (who was seen as the leading commander after GOD Himself.) died, matters became very poor. The Israelite people failed morally, culturally and military. Morally, because the majority had turned to the Canaanite religion, culturally because their Hebrew identity was being lost and militarily because they were being raided. This period, known as the Time of the Judges lasted about two hundred years. During this time bold men and woman, known as "judges" because they were causing GOD's Divine judgement to fall on Israel's enemies. Finally however in about 1043 BC Israel starts complaining and wants a king like other nations, Samuel (a prominent prophet at the time) becomes very upset, GOD however assures Samuel not to be upset, because they are not rejecting Samuel, they are rejecting GOD as King. Saul starts off well, but it turns out it was to difficult for him and he turns out to be an emotional wreck. Saul becomes jelious of David's military victories as the Israelite people say
"Saul has killed his thousands, but David has killed his ten-thousands (   ) Saul tries to kill David many times but fails, David has his opportunity to kill the king but remains faithful to his king. Eventually Saul is slaughtered at mount Goboa, along with his son Johnathan (David's close friend.) Although David is saddened by the lose, he becomes king and becomes one of the best king, politically and military speaking, Israel has even seen. This is the start of the golden age of Ancient Israel's history. King David manages to unite the twelve tribes of Israel and conquer the surrounding countries, although their seems no evidence that he expanded the kingdom of Israel, it was more about protection. On King David's death bed he chooses's Bathsheba (A woman who David saw bathing, who lost her husband because of King David and who eventually slept with him.)  son, Solomon who reigns as king.

Solomon's reign is very successful as well, at least at the beginning. He had both The First Holy Temple and his palace (which was about twice the size of The Holy Temple.) built, The Holy Temple took seven years and palace took thirteen years. Solomon's reign was pretty much completely peaceful. It was also very wealthy, especially in terms of silver.

Opinion

Some historians believe that Solomon's massive building projects actually caused nation-wide poverty. Let's hope Solomon was more wise then that, by the end of his life he had seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines and had adoubted pagan beliefs.

After Solomon's death the kingdom split, the ten tribes (Asher, Ephraim, Levi, Reuben, Simeon, Dan, Naphtail, Gad, Issachar and Zebulun.) formed Israel in the north and the two tribes (Judah and Benjamine) formed Judah in the south.

Judah's capital was Jerusalem and Israel's capital  was Samaria. After the division they both fell into paganism numerous times, Judah was constantly at battle to keep the Israelite religion alive. Many time there was only a relatively small about of Prophets who were faithful, every so often a king would arise and clear out Canaanite-paganism, but sadly in time it returned.  Assyria eventually invaded Israel but Judah survived,
according The Holy Bible it was a miracle, while according to the Assyrian history, Hezekiah, the king at the time, was trapped like a bird in a cage and forced to pay off the Assyrians. Years, later the Babylonians rose, according to the prophets GOD had had enough. Jerusalem was destroyed, The Temple was destroyed and the Israelites were brought to Babylonia in exile.

After the exile Ezra and Nehemiah helped to rebuild Jerusalem, king Darius of Persia had issued a command
"“‘The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and He has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah. Anyone of his people among you—may the Lord his God be with him, and let him go up.’” (The Persians had taken over most of the middle east now, and unlike the Babylonians they were quite peaceful and tolerant. The Persian empire lasted from about 538 BC to 322 BC)

The years pasted by and the Greeks took over Judah, the Judean group, known as the Macabees revolted and were victorious. But then in 63 BC the Romans took control of Judah and called it Judea, about sixty years after this Jesus was born in about 4 AD.

Religious objects and buildings in Ancient Judaism

In the ancient Israelite Religion many objects and buildings were used which held vast Religious significance, these include:

The Ark of The Covenant: The Ark of the Covenant is seen by millions of Christians, Jews and Catholics as one of The Holiest items ever created. It was built in the time of Moses (circa 15th-12th century BC) after GOD specify instructed Moses, in terms of what it looked like, a description can be found here. It was roughly 1.1 meters in length and 0.7 of a meter high as well as wide. This Ark of GOD was seen as a Throne of GOD Himself (2nd Samuel 6:1-5). It was present in many important events in Israelite history including; the crossing of the Jordan river into Canaan (Joshua 3) (prior to the conquest of Canaan), the fall of the city of Jericho (Joshua 6) and the dedication of The First Holy Temple (1 Kings 8). It was so holy in fact that only Israelites from the tribe of Levi were to carry it, one man attempted to touch it and "he died there by The Ark of GOD." (2 Samuel 6).
The Ark was crafted in the wilderness, taken into Canaan, by King Solomon's time it was placed in The First Holy Temple and after the Babylonians sieged The Holy Temple, The Ark went was gone. At one point in history The Ark contained two very important items; a jar of manna and The Commandments of GOD.

Opinion
According to some, The Ark has been found. A man called Ron Wyatt has claimed to have found The Ark, in Jerusalem underneath the alleged Crucifixion sight of Jesus. Another claim is that Orthodox Christians have The Ark within a church in Ethiopia.

The Menorah: The Menorah is another object importance, the original was crafted in Moses' time and made following GOD's command. For a description of its appearance, click here. The menorah is often attributed with Hanukkah the Jewish festival of lights.

The Tabernacle: The Tabernacle also from Moses' time. It acted as a type of moving Temple and was the religious center for the Israelites who were faithful to GOD. Click here for a description of the Tabernacle.

The First Holy Temple: Although King David (Regarded as Israel's second king) had wanted to build a Temple for GOD (David's reasoning was that he lived in a palace, but GOD didn't. GOD responded by saying that He did not live in a house made by human hands.) David was forbidden to do so because of all the bloodshed. David was assured however that his son would complete the project. His son Solomon did eventually build The First Holy Temple after seven years of labor. The Temple was a masterpiece and is perhaps the greatest building project in all of Ancient Israel's history. The Temple stood for about 300 years before being destroyed by the Babylonians. The Temple is regarded as Holy because it was believe GOD's very perhaps was found in the most Inner Part of The Temple, named The Holy of hollies.
